CONGRATULATIONS to all the InformCanada CCIRC Bursary recipients.  The requests this year was double the amount approved by budget.  Eight bursaries were approved and the recipients represent both the East and West coast and the provinces in between.

Regrettably we had to decline many applications.  All applications were evaluated on a scoring system that awarded points for length of time in I&R, certification and attendance at previous I&R conferences. We still hope many of you who were not successful in receiving a bursary may still find a way to attend.
