Congratulations to Lorraine Bilocq Lebeau, Executive Director of Information and Referral Centre of Greater Montréal on her retirement after 41 years of service of which 24 years have been as Executive Director.  Lorraine also served for many years on the Board of Directors of InformCanada.

And Welcome to Pierrette Gagne who will take the position of Executive Director starting July 1 2013.
