Program – The program is almost complete. To date we do have workshops in all three streams Senior Management, I&R, and Data. Topics and titles include Vulnerable Person’s Registry; Best practices in Community Collaboration; Customer Service in I&R; Generationally Speaking; Developing a Culture in your Organization; Are you ready to take disaster calls?; Best Practices in Data Quality; Handling Crisis Calls; Social Media in I&R. These may change and some are not yet confirmed.
Bursaries – There are two bursary options with $15,000 available due by August 15 2013. InformCanada is offering bursaries to members. 211Ontario Services Corp is offering bursaries to 211 Providers and their partners. For more information about bursaries go to www.informcanada.ca/conference
