Community Resource Specialists are frontline workers who connect individuals and organizations to community resources.
Specific responsibilities include:
- answering phones, emails or chats to assess the needs of clients
- responding to inquiries in a professional, non-judgmental and culturally-appropriate manner
- providing the clients with the most appropriate resources to fill their needs
All CRS exams have a psychometric component, a method used to measure the candidates’s suitability.
