Any InformCanada member may request to host an exam. Please note that both CRS-DC (Community Resource Specialist – Database Curator) and CRS ( Community Resource Specialist) exams must be offered at the same time.
Exam hosts must provide a proctor for the exam, as well as complete and sign the Proctor Application Form.
How to Host an Exam
- Complete the Exam Host Site Application_CBT
- Ensure the application is received by InformUSA or InformCanada at least 90 days prior to the proposed exam date.
