Sunday will get the conference started with an evening reception wine and cheese.
Monday morning will start with the key note speaker Mr Gaétan Morency, Vice President Service citoyenneté/Global citizenship service from the Cirque Du Soleil – Global Citizenship will discuss Community Engagement, Innovation and Social Change.
Be sure to attend InformCanada’s AGM on Monday evening. Welcome in the new president and members of the Board.
The professional development workshops offered over two days include Implementing the Volunteer Experience Recognition program, Creating a Mystery Caller Program, Coping in Times of Change and the Role of 211 in an Emergency. The conference will wrap up with a presentation on Building a National Network: the new 211 Canada Vision.
