The professional development workshops offered over two days include Implementing the Volunteer Experience Recognition program, Creating a Mystery Caller Program, Coping in Times of Change and the Role of 211 in an Emergency. The conference will wrap up with a presentation on Building a National Network: the new 211 Canada Vision.
I&R is enhanced through professional standardization, accreditation and certification. The conference workshops can be used by Certified I&R providers as professional development hours for their recertification.
